F-theta Scan Lens For Laser Marking

The F-Theta Scanning Lens is commonly used for galvanometer scanning in laser scanning systems, such as laser marking machines, laser drilling and other fields. Therefore, it is called laser marking machine F-Theta scanning lens. The CO2 laser marker F-Theta Scan lens introduced here is widely used in laser engraving systems. The lens is small and lightweight because it consists of only one component and the excellent optical design eliminates various optical aberrations.

The laser marker F-Theta Scan lens is actually a field lens. It is a lens set designed so that the image height and scanning angle satisfy the relationship y=f*θ (θ is the deflection angle of the galvanometer), hence the f-θ mirror is also called a linear lens. It has the following characteristics:
1. for monochromatic light, the imaging surface is a plane, the image quality of the entire image surface is consistent, the aberration is small. 2. a certain incident light deflection, the image surface is a plane.
2. A certain deflection speed of the incident light corresponds to a roughly certain scanning speed, so that roughly linear scanning can be achieved with a constant angular velocity of the incident light.
